The Secretariat of the McLean High School Model UN program is ecstatic to announce the twelfth iteration of the McLean Model United Nations Conference.
WELCOME TO MCMUNC XIINew and Improved Committees
This year, we are proud to offer one of our most diverse committee selections yet. Delegates can explore everything from Maritime disputes in the International Maritime Organization to the legal battles of a future supreme court, or the aftermath of the Astroworld concert. All committees are chaired by experienced McLean MUN delegates and graduates who are experts in parliamentary procedure and flow.

Letter from the Secretary-General

It is my absolute pleasure to invite you to the Twelfth Iteration of McLean’s Model United Nations Conference, taking place from October 16th-17th, 2026!
Since April, the McMUNC XII Secretariat has poured its energy into crafting this unforgettable weekend; one filled with thought-provoking debate, immersive committees, and opportunities for every delegate to grow. From pressing global challenges to imaginative crisis arcs, we’ve built McMUNC XII to spark your imagination, creativity, and passion for diplomacy.
Since I joined Model UN in my freshman year, this club has been more than just an extracurricular, it has been a family that has shaped who I am whilst giving me lifelong friendships and memories. It was conferences like McMUNC that created those memories and friendships and I hope that this conference will give delegates a similar, unforgettable experience. After spending hundreds of hours planning these past few months, this conference has become my pride and joy, and I cannot wait to see you all come October 16th!
